I am trying to get this device imaged with our base Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit image. I am getting the following errors: • In Device Manager, the Generic Bluetooth Adapter is throwing the error 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)' • In the Event Viewer, under Windows Logs - System, I am seeing the following pop up every 20 seconds or so: 'The local Bluetooth adapter has failed in an undetermined manner and will not be used. The driver has been unloaded.' EventID is 17 and the Source is BTHUSB. I have tried many different drivers, both from HP and Intel and have applied two different hotfixes (KB982046 and KB980396) based on various other websites recommendations. I have tried the oft-repeated recommendations of disabling/re-enabling; uninstalling/scan for hardware changes & applying drivers; shutting down (unplug) for several minutes and restarting system.
