I've been using my pen drive (HP v165w) for almost 3-4 years now and had not any problem so far. After I transferred some file to my pen drive and safely removed from the computer (which uses Windows 10), I'm not able to read the pen drive anymore. I tried to plug the pen drive to other usb ports and to other two computers (which have Windows 7 and 10, seperately), but I still can't make the computer to read the pen drive. After that I searched from the web and tried troubleshooting options of Windows/restarting the PC/device manager, but I couldn't solve the problem. I cannot see the device in the 'Device Manager' in Windows.
